Building on the concept of past-tense verbs, Sensei gave an introduction of concept of past tense adjectives, using adjectives on page 163 of text. The concept of the past tense of an adjective is one which is distressing to a lot of people because no such phenomenon exists in English. Class practiced saying the adjectives in both present and past tense forms.
