むかし　むかし(A long time ago)、オズ　の　国（くに）が　ありました。

赤い猫(ねこ)　と　青い　犬　（いぬ）は　オズ　に　すんで　いました（Resided）。

友達　でした。

いっしょ　に　食べる　の　が　好き（すき）　でした。

ある　日（One day）猫　は　「レストラン　に　行きません　か。」と　言いました。（Said）

犬：             いい　です　ね。エメラルド・シティ　に　行きましょう　か。

猫：  　　ええ、行きましょう。まほう(witch)　レストラン　や　さる　(monkey) レストラン　や　ライオン(lion)　レストラン　は　おいしい　です。どれ　が　一番　好き（すき）　です　か。

犬：             そう　です　ね。じつ　は　まほう　が　こわい　です。

                     そして　ライオン　の　食べもの　は　高い　です。さる　

　　　　　レストラン　で　何か　食べません　か。

猫：             はい。さる　レストラン　に　いきましょう。新しい　です。
