Write 2 paragraphs, 4 sentences each (on a separate piece of paper) about the development of hiragana as explained in the article handed out,

A. 　漢字を三かい、英語を一かい書く。

B. 　If you add か to a question word, it becomes an indefinite pronoun (which does not refer to any particular person or thing).　　With that in mind, can you 英語で　書く　the following questions and answers?　　You don't usually need relational particles  は、も、が、を、　に（For time） when using an indefinite pronoun.

Example:    あした　どこか　に　出かけます　か。ええ、プール　に　出かける。

Will you go out (to) somewhere tomorrow?　Yeah, I’ll go to the pool.

来週　どこか に　パーティー　が　ある　の？　高校　に　ある。
Next week, will there be a party someplace?
There will be one at the high school

今日（きょう）だれか（さん）あそび　に　来る　の？　友達　が　

あそび　に　来る。
Today will someone come visit?  A friend will come visit.

(Note:  あそび　に　行く、あそび　に　来る  both mean “to visit”）　

いつか　宿題　を　します　か。　いいえ、ぜんぜん　しません。
Will you do the homework sometime?  No, I won't do it at all.

スーパー　に　なにか　買い　に　行く　の？　ミルク　を　買い　に　行く。
Will you go to the supermarket to buy something?  I will go to buy milk.
