Here are 2 Japanese Buddhist proverbs．Both are, in part, about gratitude in ordinary circumstances, even if those circumstances are sometimes painful or difficult.  (Other religious traditions teach this as well.)  Choose one, write it as carefully and beautifully as you can at the top of the page I will give you, and then write down four things you are grateful for, and the reasons for that gratitude (in 

complete 英語の sentences).  Skip lines!

道　は　その日　その日　の　生活　の　中　に　ある。

The Way exists inside our everyday lives.
