Dear Parents of Japanese 3 Students,
As you know, conferences are coming up on October 21st and 22nd, and I know that many of you have already signed up. I am looking forward to meeting with you. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch that was no one's fault, there was an error in showing the times when I will actually be available. Because I'm a part-time teacher, I will be seeing parents only on Thursday the 22nd, in the evening between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. If you have already signed up for a different time, I hope that you will be able to change it.
