Thank you for taking my class today.  We need 17 copies of this handout for the students.  Their task is to translate this little story、ぼく　の　日（Ｍｙ　Ｄａｙ）、 into English.  They may write on this page, between the lines of Japanese.  Students must remain in their seats  and work quietly.  They may use their textbooks for checking vocabulary, but they MAY NOT use their laptops or cell phones.  Please let me know if there are any behavior problems or any students who don’t do the work.

ぼく　は　学生　です。　でも、ぼく　は　人（ひと）　じゃ　ありません。

ぼく　は　ちいさい　なりねずみ　（hedgehog）　です。

まいにち（every day）の　ろく　じ　はん　に　ぼく　は　おきます。

シャワー　を　あびます。　それから　あさごはん　を　たべます。

はち　じ　に　大学（だいがく）　に　いきます。　大学　に　としょかん　が　　　あります。

としょかん　の　なか　に　本　が　あります。ぼく　は　えいご　の　本　を　よみます。

えいご　も　日本ご　も　べんきょう　します（do studying, study）。

じゅういち　じ　に　えいご　の　じゅぎょう　が　あります。

えいご　の　せん生　は　いぬ　です。　ぼく　は　いぬ　が　すき　です。

じゅうに　じ　はん　に　えいご　の　じゅぎょう　は　おわります。

ぼく　は　カフェテリア　に　いきます。　サンドイッチ　を　たべます。　              コーヒー　を　のみます。

じゅぎょう　の　あと (after)　で　ぼく　と　ともだち　は　テニス　を　します（土do, play）。　ともだち　は　おおきい　ライオン　です。

ろく　じ　に　ぼく　は　かえります。おいしい (delicious)　ハンバーガー　を　たべます。オレンジ・ジュース　も　のみます。

テレビ　の　えいが　を　みます。じゅう　じ　はん　に　ねます。
