I attached quite a lot of material today: a new song, the opening sequence in written form, and information on grammar in both Japanese and English. We will talk together about these things. As warm-up, I want you to reread the warm-up from the previous class, the little story about Penguin and Hello Kitty where we practiced adjectives. Today we're going to talk through that story together, in Japanese, and we will ask each other questions like the following: What did he/she/it do? 何 を しました か。 What-kind-of thing/being was it? (answer requires an adjertive) どんな ___ でした か。 How was it? (answer needs a past tense adjective, affirmative or negative) どう でした か。 いっしょ に がんばります。We will try hard/persevere/keep on keeping on, together

Fill in each blank in the Penguin story with the correct けいようし adjective, in its correct form and tense.
