On the test booklet--
   1. write your number
   2. write your name


If you think there is a mistake on one or more of the questions, write your name and the question number on the blue sheet.  I'll check, and if you are right, I own't count that question.


When ;you finish the test, put your scantron sheet into the booklet and hand both in.


Read quietly at your desk if you finish early.
