ワームアップ　バレンタインズ・デーのことを　　書いて下さい。

バレンタインズ・デー　おめでとう　ございます。

 

あなた・きみ　を　愛　して　います。I love you (Great, life-changing passion, like Romeo and Juliet)

 

あなた・きみ　を　恋　して　います。I love/have a crush on you.

 

あなた・きみ　が　大好き　です。  I like you A  LOT.

 

A.  “They say/I heard”　　Reporting things you have heard about, but that you have not directly heard, seen, or experienced yourself.     End-of-sentence plain form verb or adjective + そう　です・だ。

たとえば：

エッフェル塔（とう）は　高い　です。”The Eiffel Tower is tall” and you have actually been to Paris and seen it.

エッフェル塔　は　高い　そう　です。I heard that the Eiffel Tower is tall.

B. 　Work on Ponyo character presentation

       １０　Sentences, which you must write out so that you can read your speech, and then hand it in.

　　Must use vocabulary from Nakama as much as possible

　　Prepare non-Nakama vocabulary list for terms that are not in Nakama

　　Refer to yourself as  私　or　私達　We, as if you were that person, speaking to us

         Be sure to use each of the grammar points: permission; having had the experience; did various “things like” X, Y during a particular time period; hearsay

                   You are free to collaborate, but each person must do his or her

                  own unique character
