目的　Objective/Purpose：Ponyo Characters, Relational particles,　思い出（Memories）,   けいけん（Experiences）

 

ワームアップ　　新しいどうし（Verb）の漢字のを２X書いて下さい。Use your kanji sheets to make sure you’re writing the correct stroke order.

会います　　　　Meets         　　　　 休み　Vacation, rest, absence

入ります（はい）Enters, goes in　　 入れます（い）Puts into　　　　　　　　　　　　

出ます（で）　Leaves, emerges　　   出します（だ）　Takes out, submits

 

A.   To do various things, within a certain time period, but not simultaneously.　Plain past verb ―たり　―たり　します。

たとえば：

土曜日に、友達は　うたったり、ダンスをしたり　しました。On Saturday, （my）friend did things like singing and dancing.

来年、私は勉強したり、アルバイトしたり　します。Next year I will do things like studying and working part-time.

 

B. 　　英語で書いて下さい。

小さい時、私はうみでおよいだ　ことがあります。

 

映画の間（あいだDuring）に、お父さんのフジモト（おとうさん）は　うみ　の　めがみ　に　会ったり、ポニョ　と　話したり　します。

高校の時、先生は音楽を聞いたり、絵（え）をかいたりしました。

 

C.                  PONYO  Oral Project　――　Time to work -- You must use vocabulary in Nakama.　　If you use other vocabulary, you must hand out a list of the new words to every member of the class.  You must use grammar points from Chapter 11 like,   The time-when-something happened 時に、 “having had the experience”ーたことがありますand “doing things like X and Y in a time period”　‐ーたりーたりする and reporting hearsay using plain forms plus そう　です。（More about this last, 明日（あした）。
