雪　ゆき            Snow

今朝（けさ）私　は　起きて、雪　を　見ました。This morning I got and I saw snow.

きれい！　Pretty                 けれども、 たいへん！ Terrible, however!

今　は　四月　で　雪　は　よく　ありません、ね。It’s April now, and snow isn’t good, is it?

雪　は　あたたっく　ありません。　じつ　は　雪　は　さむい　です。 Snow isn’t warm.  In fact, snow is cold.

ゆき　の　漢字（かんじ）は　むずかしく　ありません。The kanji for snow isn’t difficult.

上　は　雨（あめ）で　下　は　かたかな　の　ヨ　です。 Above is “rain” and below is katakana “yo.”
