When I was a child, I was short.

子供の時、私は、せがひくかった。

Because I was short, I didn’t play basketball.

せがひくかったから、バスケット　を　しなかった。

However, when my older sister was a child, she played tennis.

でも、姉　は、子供の時、テニス　を　した。

She never played (never had the experience of playing) baseball.

やきゅう　を　した　こと　ありません　（Or　ない）。

It was because there was no baseball team in her school.

姉の学校に、やきゅう　の　チーム　が　なかった　から　です（Or だ）。
