The radical system – The Compact Nelson’s Japanese-English Character Dictionary （Classroom set）――　Kanji are categorized by certain parts called radicals, some of which are adaptations of kanji that exist by themselves  -- They are arranged by number of strokes.  Here are some kanji that also appear as radicals.  Let’s find out what they’re called, look up kanji that include them, and write them here.
