Handout about how to make a little 8-page book out of an 11"
by 8.5" piece of paper. You will be writing a diary, a 日記 にっき
You must include 7 days of the week, written in kanji. Each page must
write1Japanese sentence telling what you did (past tense verb) on that day and
how it was (past tense adjective).
It must be beautifully written, in color, with some appropriate
visual image or decoration.
You must use 7 different verbs and 7 different adjectives.
You may not repeat any verb or adjective.
Example (you may not use this): 金曜日に 私 は 食べました。よかった です。
The diary need not be factually accurate about your life; fiction
is acceptable.
The front page (cover) must say “Name (First and last, in
katakana) の 日記(にっき)plus
your number.

or だ or じゃ ない。 Each page may have a different subject.
Sample: 日曜日に 私 は 何 を する の が すき?
私 は ホットケーキ を 食べる の が すき だ。
(Don’t use this sample answer.)
