Dialogue -- verb forms
-- want-to-do and able-to-do If you are Aーさん ask your partner Bーさん to take some action, using the -て・で下さい and some appropriate
direct object or destination. Your partner should reply that he/she/they want
to do it はい、 ―たいです or don’t want to do it すみませんが、 ―たくない です。Add the explanation
using able-to potential forms. Then reverse the roles of A and B and do it
again, using different verbs.
たとえば:
A-さん:音楽を聞いて下さい。
B-さん: はい、聞きたいです。 OR
すみませんが、ききたくない AND
