Nakama Chapter 10 – describing people (P. 332 Nakama)

Read pages 332 and 333, Sections A, B, and C in Nakama.The patterns and phrases below are the ones you use when describing people 日本語で。Notice that they are は・が pattern sentences

Person　は　せ　が　高い　         です。Person (height) is tall/high.

Person　は　せ　が　ひくい　です。Person (height) is short/low.

Person　は　目（め）　が　青い　です。Person’s eyes are blue。

　　　　　　　　　　　　ちゃいろい　茶色い　　　　　　　brown

　　　　　　　　　　　　くろい　黒い　　　　　　　　　　black

                                                         みどり　いろ　緑色　　　　　　　green

Person　は　かみ　が　ながい　です。Person’s hair is long.

　　　　　　　　　　　みじかい　　　　　　　　　　　short (in length)　　　　　　　　　　　

Person　は　かみ　が　ながい　です。Person’s hair is long.

一．Working with a partner, choose 3 famous people to describe, using the patterns above, writing 4 sentences each：
