A. Grammar Notes from Nakama Two.Ch.1.workbook pp 45.46

 

       　　　　 1.  Combining sentences with no de

             You should use plain forms　rather than desu/masu forms

             before the no de  (and also before kara)

             Example:

      西のそらが明るい ので,もうすぐ晴れるでしょう。The

             sky in the west is bright, so probably it will soon be clear (it will

            be sunny, etc.)

            Two correct ので sentences を書いて下さい。

           2. 下さい　is a sentence-ending expression

           (as is ましょう).  You should not write no de and add another

            clause after kudasai  (or mashou)

            Examples:

     学校に行って下さいので本を読んだほうが　いい　です。

     It’s incorrect grammatically even though we can figure out its

            probable meaning.

            あの山にのぼりましょう　から　テントを買ったらどう

　　  ですか。This sentence, too, is grammatically incorrect.
