は　　indicates subject/topic of sentence

か　　at the end of a sentence turns it into a question

の　　indicates possession (or “from” or “of”) between nouns (not verbs or adjectives)

を　　indicates direct object (“victim”)  of verb

に　　indicates the destination in a sentence with a “traveling” verb

で　　indicates “by means of” a kind of transport in a sentence with a traveling verb.

と　　indicates "and" between nouns, closed series

や　　indicates "and" between nouns, open series (like, etc.)
