Students should complete handouts (from the Nakama workbook, pages 73. 74. 75) and give them to the substitute teacher BEFORE LEAVING CLASS at the end of the period.  Students may use their Nakama textbooks for reference, but should work quietly and individually.  This is not a pair project or a group project.
